How does this work?

We utilize something called "corporate leasing" to get you approved for an apartment unit without any credit or rental history check. We will apply to the apartment community of your choice using our business credit, rental history and financial documentation. We will be the leaseholder of the lease agreement with the apartment community and we will add you and anyone else living in the apartment unit as occupants on to our lease. 

How can I get approved for the program? 

You and any other adult (18+) living in the unit will only need to pass a criminal background screening run by the apartment community. 

What is the pricing for this service? 

Pricing is dependent on the amount of bedrooms you would like. You can learn more about our pricing by visiting the pricing page. Please keep in mind that our price is completely separate from any fees that the apartment community charges. 

Can this be used for houses?

No. Our program is designed to work with apartment communities as they are more likely to offer corporate leases.

How long does this process take? 

This is dependent on how quickly the apartment community processes our application. On average, we ask that you allow between 5-10 days for approval. However, some approvals may happen within 48 hours depending on the leasing office. 

What happens if the application is not approved?

It is very rare for our application to not be approved by the apartment community. However, if the application is not approved for some reason, we will be happy to apply to an alternate apartment community as we are certain that we can get you approved. 

What happens if I don't pay my rent on time? 

You will be liable for a 10% late payment fee, plus $10 for each day that the rent is not paid. It is imperative that you pay your monthly rent on time each month. Rent payments are due on the 1st of each month - no exceptions except for the grace period allowed by the apartment community. Please note that our late fee is completely separate from the late fees charged by the apartment community. 

Who do I pay the rent to?

You will pay the monthly rent directly to the apartment community. We will usually provide you with access to the apartment community's resident portal however some communities only accept money orders or cashier checks. You will receive instructions on how to pay rent after our application has been approved by the apartment community.

Unfortunately, no. Our corporate leasing program is designed for individuals who only need assistance with apartment approvals due to credit or rental history.
