HERE'S A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE OF WHAT TO EXPECT AND PRICING

 

 

Step 1: OPTION 1- Locate an apartment community of your choice that you wish to apply to and request their corporate application. (We will provide you with instructions on how to request their application).
OPTION 2 - Use our apartment locating service to locate a corporate leasing community and/or obtain the community's corporate application.

 

Step 2: We will submit the apartment application to the apartment community on your behalf and provide you with instructions on how to follow up.

 

Step 3: Once the corporate application has been approved, our corporate team will create a sublease agreement and sign off on the corporate lease agreement. At that time, you may visit the leasing office to pick up keys.

THINGS TO NOTE

 

Our company's pricing is completely separate from any fees that the apartment community charges including but not limited to application and administrative fees, rent, security deposits, etc.

 

We are a 3rd party service provider, and your approval is dependent on your ability to follow our instructions and program rules.

 

You must be able to pass a criminal background screening to be approved by the apartment community.

PRICING
(All fees separate from apartment community charges)

 

Program Pricing is dependent on the size of the apartment unit you wish to apply to.

 

1 Bedroom Unit: $600/one-time + $99/month ($300 down payment, then $300 before lease signing)
 

2 Bedroom Unit: $750/one-time + $109/month ($350 down payment, then $400 before lease signing)

 

3 Bedroom Unit: $850/one-time + $119/month ($350 down payment, then $500 before lease signing)

 

4 Bedroom Unit: $1,000/one-time + $129/month ($500 down payment, then $500 before leasing signing)

 

 

Apartment Locating Services are optional and priced at $125 paid upfront. The fee will include locating a unit with your budget and obtaining the corporate leasing application.

 

Note: Monthly fees are charged throughout the duration of your lease term including renewals.
