HERE'S A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE OF WHAT TO EXPECT AND PRICING
Step 1: OPTION 1- Locate an apartment community of your choice that you wish to apply to and request their corporate application. (We will provide you with instructions on how to request their application).
OPTION 2 - Use our apartment locating service to locate a corporate leasing community and/or obtain the community's corporate application.
Step 2: We will submit the apartment application to the apartment community on your behalf and provide you with instructions on how to follow up.
Step 3: Once the corporate application has been approved, our corporate team will create a sublease agreement and sign off on the corporate lease agreement. At that time, you may visit the leasing office to pick up keys.

THINGS TO NOTE
Our company's pricing is completely separate from any fees that the apartment community charges including but not limited to application and administrative fees, rent, security deposits, etc.
We are a 3rd party service provider, and your approval is dependent on your ability to follow our instructions and program rules.
You must be able to pass a criminal background screening to be approved by the apartment community.

PRICING
Application Fee: $150
12% Premium on Apartment Rent. Weekly Payments ONLY
Optional Apartment Locating Services ($125)
Example: If the rent for the apartment is $1500/month, your monthly rent payment will total have an added premium of $180 totaling $1680 on a monthly bases. Payments will be due weekly: $420 per week
You will also be billed monthly for any utility and amenity fees that the apartment community charges.
